How can I cancel my booking? Is there a cancellation fee?
For any meeting room or office booking canceled 24 hours prior to the event we may not impose a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your booking, we ask that you give us notice at least 24 hours prior to the event. Otherwise, a cancellation fee will be imposed.
Can I reschedule my booking?
We recognize that unexpected events happen and your availability changes. If you need to reschedule your booking, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. When you replace the original booking with a new booking, the cancellation fee will not be applied.
Where are you located?
We are conveniently located at 8500 Leslie Street, Suite 101, at the lobby level of the LeParc Tower, on the corner of Highway 7 and Leslie. We are accessible by VIVA bus, and Highway 407 or Highway 404.
What are the opening hours for Officescape?
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Officescape is the best suited office space for me and I would like to rent a full-time office. How do I proceed?
We will provide you with a detailed proposal that specifies all costs associated with a full-time office. After your review of the proposal, we will make any changes to suit your specific needs. Once agreeable, we will translate the proposal to a lease document that will serve as an agreement and defines the obligations of both parties. Once the lease is signed, and deposits are received, the office will be configured and prepared for move in. This usually takes about 24 hours.
Can I drop by and see the office space?
Of course you can! We strongly encourage a tour of our facility, as we believe this long-term decision heavily impacts the future of your business. It is best to make a tour appointment, however, if you are in the area and want to drop by, please speak with Tina, and she will be happy to show you the centre.
Where can I park? Is it free?
There is free and plentiful surface parking available for you and for your clients.
How often will I get invoiced?
Invoices will be issued every 1st day of the month.
If I decide to move forward with a virtual office, do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
One of the many benefits of a business center is the monthly commitment. This means that if you decide to cancel your subscription to our services, you are only committed to one additional billing cycle (30 days). Simply send us an email or give us a call, and we will cancel your service. The 30-day notice allows you time to change your business address, as we will continue to receive your mail during this time. You will have to stop using our business address at the conclusion of your service with us.
